Privacy Policy

The final policy will identify the legal entity responsible for deciding how and why personal information is processed. Its registered address, company details and dedicated privacy contact will be added once confirmed.

Until those details have been formally established, this page must not be treated as the effective privacy notice of a registered company.

When someone submits a demo request, the current form asks for a name, email address, country and optional information about their organisation, role, intended deployment and operational context.

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, network delivery, security, aggregate Web Analytics and Turnstile bot protection. Cloudflare processes technical request, browser and performance signals needed to deliver and protect the site, measure visits and determine whether a form submission is automated.

Information submitted through the demo form is used to assess and respond to the request, organise a relevant conversation and protect the form from misuse. Aggregate website measurements are used to understand traffic and technical performance. Any separate use for newsletters or promotional communication would require its own clearly presented choice.

The lawful basis for every purpose will be reviewed and documented before this policy becomes effective.

Centynel uses Cloudflare for website hosting, network delivery, Web Analytics, form processing and Turnstile security.

Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area. The effective notice will identify the relevant contracting entity, processing terms and transfer safeguards once Centynel is incorporated.

Demo requests are currently intended to be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless they develop into an active commercial relationship or must be retained for legal reasons. Requests that are clearly irrelevant or sent in error may be deleted earlier.

Cloudflare retains infrastructure, security and Web Analytics information according to the configuration and retention periods of the applicable Cloudflare service. The final schedule will be confirmed before this notice becomes the effective policy of an incorporated entity.

The effective policy will explain the rights available under applicable data-protection law, how to submit a request and how Centynel verifies the identity of the person making it.
