The final document will identify when these terms become binding and which Centynel legal entity provides the website.

The website is intended to provide information about Centynel, its technology, potential applications, company activity and available contact routes. Visitors may view and use that information for legitimate personal or professional evaluation.

Access to the public website does not itself create a customer, partnership, employment or advisory relationship with Centynel.

Website materials may describe prototypes, planned capabilities or products under active development. Features, compatibility, deployment requirements, performance and availability should be confirmed through an authorised Centynel representative.

Security research and vulnerability reporting will be addressed separately through a responsible disclosure policy when that process is available.

The website may link to external services such as social networks, publications, event platforms or partner websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

The final wording will describe Centynel's responsibility for external destinations without implying control over services it does not operate.

The public website may be updated, suspended or modified as Centynel develops. Content can become outdated, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or infrastructure reasons.

Any availability commitment for a paid service must appear in the corresponding customer agreement rather than these public website terms.

Any limitation or allocation of liability must be lawful, proportionate and appropriate for the audiences Centynel serves. Consumer rights and other protections that cannot legally be excluded must be preserved.

The final terms will explain how revisions are published, when a new version becomes effective and whether additional notice is required for material changes.

An effective date and version history should be maintained once the document has been approved.

The governing law, competent courts and formal contact details depend on Centynel's final legal entity and commercial structure. They cannot be selected as design placeholders.
